Practising Gratitude
Alcazar has suggested that we spend a few minutes each morning before we get out of bed and again in the evening. It is important to feel gratitude, not just think it!
Deep gratitude raises your vibration and supports you creating more of what you focus on creating in your life.
Mirror meditation 1
Sitting in front of a mirror, looking into your eyes and looking with limited blinking. Notice the face changes.
Mirror meditation 2
Sitting in front of a mirror, looking into your eyes and saying quietly over and over "I love you." Keep repeating until you feel the love for yourself. Then continue for several minutes.
Shower meditation
As you wash your body, touch your body more slowly with awareness, saying "I love you. I love you. I love you." Repeat daily until you feel the body responding.
"Thank you, bring me more!"
Alcazar has said use thank you bring me more every time something happens that you would like to happen again. For example, when money comes to you, either your wages, or change when you purchase something, or any other money source say "Thank you bring me more money flowing to me!" It is important to say exactly what you are asking for more of!
