Crowdcast is our livestream platform. This guide shows you how to solve any problems you may encounter!
Optional: Register On Crowdcast Before The Livestream Starts
1.) Click the Crowdcast link
2.) Click the 'Save my spot' button to register. (If we're already live, the button will say, 'Let Me In')
3.) Next you will be prompted to enter your email address or social media login.
4.) An email will be sent to confirm your registration, along with the option to add the event to your calendar.
'Internet Explorer' will not work with Crowdcast! Compatible browsers are: Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge and Opera.
When the livestream is about to start (or is already happening), here's how to connect:
1.) Navigate to the live Crowdcast session link
2.) Click the green 'Let me in!' button, then enter your email and click 'send me a magic link'
3.) Look in your inbox for Crowdcast's email with your 'magic link', and click it to enter the livestream.
4.) For a quicker way to enter the livestream, use the social media login.
Android: Crowdcast is supported on the latest Android devices right in the browser, no downloads required. Apple iOS Devices (iPhone & iPad): You can download the Crowdcast iOS app to attend the livestream.
Is the video or audio freezing for you? Try this:
1.) Click the 'Help' button at the top right of the Crowdcast screen (above the chat).
2.) A window will pop up - select, 'click to enable compatibility mode'
3.) This adds a 10-12 second delay, creating a better streaming quality. You may have a better connection now!
In the livestream window, locate the 'SCHEDULE' (top left). Click 'more' and the schedule will drop down. Now you can select the next session! (The video below shows you how...)
