• Accommodation during the event.
  Check-in May 11th: From 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM (midnight).
  Check-out May 16th: 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
• Open buffet meals and which are provided for breakfast and lunch.
  

Sharing Rooms:
If you plan to share a room, please arrange payment directly with your roommate. This one time payment is for the entire room. This room can fit up to 3 guests maximum.

Cancelation policy:
All room reservations are non-refundable. However, if we are able to fill your reserved space, we will issue a refund of 90% of the room price.
