The hotel is located between two small towns - Portoroz and Piran. There is a path that connects these towns along the seafront, a 20 minute walk, fresh air and sea views! There is also a free coach available to Piran.

Hotel Histrion 4* and hotel Vile Park 3* are located in the same complex, 5 minutes walking distance from the workshop location. Hotel Histrion will be renovated by April 2020.

Parking is free for all Stargate participants and hotel guests.

Workshop Dates and Times

Thursday April 30th - Sunday May 3rd

10am - 6:00pm each day.

Reminder:  If you are joining this retreat it is necessary to commit to being at each session! The different 'layers' of preparation to receive The Blueprint For Abundance will happen in each session, each 'layer' is needed!  

There is plenty of time before and after the workshop to explore Portoroz and/or Piran and the restaurants there!

Registration

Registration will open on Wednesday, April 29th at 5:00pm (17:00) and will close at 8:00pm (20:00). Please register during these times if possible, so you will not have to wait in a long queue before the workshop starts!

On the day of the workshop, April 30th, registration will open at 8am and will close at 9:30am. 

Please arrive early each day so you can connect with friends and find your seats.

We will be starting exactly on time for each session as we are live-streaming the event. 

Please know in advance how long it will take you to travel from where you are staying (if you are not accommodated in one of the hotels) to the Grand Hotel Bernardin so that you will be on time for each session.

Morning Sessions

On Saturday Evening, May 2nd at 8:00pm you are invited to join us at celebration with Branka and her band.

Lunches

Lunches are not included during this 4-day event. We have an arrangement with the hotel for a reduced price if you choose to have the lunch buffet (self-service) in the hotel's Grand Restaurant. The special "Stargate" price is 18 Eur per person. There is a large selection and the food is very delicious. Lunch break is only an hour and a half, so there will not be enough time to go to outside restaurants and get back in time.

• The previous day for the next day at the hotel reception until 8pm
• For the current day, go directly to the restaurant and check at the restaurant reception availability of seats capacity.

Dinner possibilities for those who are not staying at the Grand Hotel Bernardin

If you are not staying at the Grand Hotel Bernardin you can purchase dinner at special "Stargate" price 20 Eur per person as follows:

• The previous day for the next day at the hotel reception until 8pm
• For the current day, go directly to the restaurant and check at the restaurant reception availability of seats capacity.

Water Bottles

Water refill stations are provided but please bring a water bottle that you can refill. It is important to stay hydrated in order to fully benefit from these energy fields.

Tips in the hotels and restaurants

In Slovenia the bill you get for services is final. The tip is an appreciated extra and not an obligation. However, it is great to honor your abundance by sharing a little of it!   :-)

Weather in April 

In April we can expect very changeable weather. One day can be sunny and another cloudy or rainy. So bring your umbrella :-). The temperatures are usually between 17 degrees Celsius (63°F) and 19 degrees Celsius (66°F). Sometimes weather and the temperatures can surprise us with a summer embrace.
