After you complete your purchase you will receive a detailed email with instructions on how to book your accommodation at the event venue & travel information.

You can also find accommodation in other places nearby. If you are staying elsewhere, you must purchase a day pass for €65 per person which includes all-inclusive meals from 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM and access to amenities. 

Remember, a commitment to attend the ENTIRE event is essential!

The event dates are October 21st -October 24th, 2025.

Please plan your travels so you can attend every session, as the energy really does build, form - and blast off - with YOUR presence being crucial as we grow the field together.  The groups' energy goes down if you leave early.

• No refund after September 21st
