Border formalities

No visa requirements to enter Mexico when arriving from USA, CAN and Europe - Schengen area. Please check at the link below countries and regions that require a visa to travel to Mexico.

Each attendee must verify with their airlines the Covid restrictions. 

Transportation from the airport to the hotel

The easiest way to move in Mexico City is Uber.  Or, use a safety cabs. Here is the information:
  • UBER - The cost for an Uber from the airport to the Hotel Marquis Reforma is $220 pesos ($11 US) approximately 
  • YELLOW CAB https://www.taxisyellowcab.com  (you can book online, but it is not necessary): 1 to 3 passengers (with 3 suitcases): $300 pesos ($15 US) / per vehicle, approximately, 1 to 7 passengers (with 7 suitcases): $400 pesos ($20 US) / per vehicle, approximately

Covid information

Your country might require a Covid test for your return.

1. Covid test at the hotel

Covid tests will be available at the hotel by appointment.  The payment needs to be made in cash (Mexican pesos), at the Registration Table on Oct 8th.
  • PCR - $1,550 pesos/$80 US, results between 24-48 hrs.
  • Antigen - $580 pesos / $30 US, results within an hour.

2. Covid test at the airport

Terminal 1, Located between Doors 5 and 6., JLN Labs – 24hrs service

  • PCR - $2,200 pesos/ $110 US, results between 8-12 hrs.
  • Antigen - $700, results within an hour.

Terminal 2, Government Labs

  • PCR - $2,500 pesos/ $125 US, results between 8-12 hrs.
  • Antigen - $680 pesos/ $35 US, results within an hour.

3. Social distancing

Social distancing and covid protocols applied:  All chairs at the Emperor Room will be 1.5 mts apart in order to comply with the Government protocols.

Water

There will not be water refill stations. However, water will be available during the Coffee Break recesses.
