Before you register for the retreat,
please read this important information

 

Flights and accommodation in Uluru are extremely limited...
And so we have a different registration process for this retreat:
 
 
- You make a $300 USD deposit to reserve your space for 14 days while you secure your flight and accommodation to ensure you can make it to Uluru!
- Book your flights & accommodation, sign the retreat waiver, and fill out a form to let our team know that you have secured your flights and accommodation! 
- We will then send you a link to complete your purchase of the full ticket to officially secure your participation!

This retreat is for people who feel called to assist Viviane, her Arcturian delegation, and the Stargate trigger the activation of an ancient portal. 

 

What to expect:
  • For this particular retreat be prepared for high vibrational energy work - not a vacation 
  • All participants will be required to sign a standard liability waiver.
  • Temperatures in the low to mid 30°C/85°F.  
  • Long walks in the sun on the trips to Uluru and Kata Tjuta
  • Lots of mosquitos and flies (buy a hat with a net!)
  • The resort operates on credit cards only, however some of the shops in the village square still accept cash
  • Expect higher than normal temperatures in and surrounding the resort.  

 

Recommendations
  • We strongly advise you to get travel insurance. 
  • Avoid bringing yellow clothes or sun hats as bugs are attracted to this color.

 

Refund Policy:

The workshop price is $3300 USD.

  • $300 USD deposit secures your space for 14 days - it's a temporary hold while you secure flights and accommodation.
  • If you cancel your reservation within 2 weeks after registering you get a 90% refund on the deposit.
  • If you don't complete registration within 2 weeks (this includes paying the $3000 USD) your space will be given to someone else and you automatically get the 90% refund on your deposit.
  • After registration is complete no refunds will be given unless you find a replacement. This means the $3300 USD is non-refundable. If you find a replacement 90% the $3,300 USD will be refunded.

 

We advise you to bring: 
  • A hat for sun protection.
  • Fly net to go over your hat (we recommend black, NOT other colors).
  • Sunscreen.
  • Mosquito repellent.
  • Clothes for hot weather & a jacket in case the nights are a bit colder.
  • Long pants to prevent mosquito bites.
  • Sturdy enclosed shoes for the walks.
  • Electrolytes & a large reusable water bottle.
  • For the two excursions to Uluru the tour company asks each person to bring 3 liters of water. We suggest purchasing a camelback backpack with a water reservoir.
  • Bring any medications you require as there are limited pharmacies.

After you carefully read all of the information above,
you can start the registration process below!

 

Step 1: Register and pay the $300 deposit.

 

Step 2: Book your flights and accommodation within 2 weeks (as soon as possible as flights and accommodation are limited!) then let our team know by filling out the form we will send you via email after you pay the deposit. 
 
Note: If you don't book flights and accommodation within 2 weeks, your place will go to the next person on the waitlist and you will be refunded 90% of your deposit. This is to ensure all participants can actually get to Uluru!

 

Step 3: Complete your registration by paying the remaining retreat fee of $3,000. You can choose a one time payment or a six month payment plan.

we ask you to choose only one retreat. 
Full Retreat Fee is $3300 USD and includes:
  • Sunrise Trip to Uluru
  • Day Trip to Uluru and Kata Tjuta
  • Wintjiri Wiru Twighlight Experience
  • 5 day retreat (see schedule)
  • Lunch is provided on the two workshop days at the resort

Not Included in the Retreat Fee:

  • Airfare
  • Accommodation
  • Breakfast & Dinner (there are several restaurants in the area and a grocery store)
  • Lunch is not included unless mentioned in the itinerary

Step 2: 

Book flights & accommodation
  

After registration and deposit payment you now have 2 weeks to book your flights and accommodation. If you don't book them in 2 weeks, your place will go to the next person on the waitlist and you'll be refunded 90% of your deposit.

 

Book your accommodation and flights to Uluru as soon as possible, as there is limited availability - especially the flights within Australia to Uluru.

IMPORTANT! Make sure you let us know by filling out the form we send you after paying the deposit, that you have successfully booked your flights and accommodation.
Ayers Rock Airport is the nearest Airport

Yulara has its own airport, called Ayers Rock/Connellan Airport (airport code AYQ).

You can fly directly to Yulara from a number of Australian cities, including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Cairns.

 

Available Flights:

Jetstar offer daily direct flights from Sydney and Ayers Rock Airport. Jetstar also operates a regular direct return service from Melbourne Tullamarine six times weekly.

Qantas operates direct flights to Ayers Rock Airport from Sydney 5 times per week on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday and from Cairns 4 times per week on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. Connecting flights are also available from a number of other cities including Adelaide, Brisbane, Cairns, Canberra, Melbourne, and Perth.

Virgin Australia also flies to Uluru from Melbourne and Brisbane to Uluru commencing in early June 2024.

Melbourne to Uluru:
Frequency: Up to 4 services per week: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday

Brisbane to Uluru:
Frequency: 3 services per week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Airport to the Hotel

 

Complimentary return coach transfers are provided for all Ayers Rock Resort hotel guests arriving into and departing from Ayers Rock Airport on scheduled Qantas, Jetstar and Virgin flights. Bookings are not required for this service. On arrival, after collecting your luggage, follow the courtesy hotel transfer signs and make your way outside the terminal and board the waiting AAT Kings coaches.

Return transfers to the airport depart from outside your hotel approximately two hours prior to the scheduled flight departure times. Please check with reception for exact departure times.

There are multiple options within the Voyages Resort area - as they have different hotels and apartments all on the same grounds for various pricing points. This is the official site of the Retreat Venue and surrounding accommodations - and it has the best pricing compared to other booking sites.

There is no discounted room price for Stargate participants because our groups are smaller and more intimate! Prices vary depending on which accommodation venue you stay at (Sails in the Desert, Emu Walk Apartments, The Desert Gardens Hotel, The Lost Camel Hotel, Outback Hotel & Lodge or Ayers Rock Campground, which has cabins).

Sails in the Desert (5 Star) is the closest accommodation to the conference centre however there is a free shuttle bus that drives around the entire resort approximately every 20 minutes, stopping at all of the above accommodations. It is also possible to walk from each of the accommodation places to the conference centre in approximately 10-25 minutes depending on where you are staying.

After paying the deposit we will email you with a form you can fill out to let us know that you have successfully booked your flights and accommodation.
 
Once completed, we will send you the details for the remaining payment of the retreat fee. You can choose a one-time payment or a six month payment plan. After paying, your attendance will officially be confirmed!
